For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the UK GDPR, NextPour Collective, Inc. is the data controller of personal data collected through this website.

Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, including website hosting, email marketing, analytics, and customer support platforms. These providers act on our documented instructions under written data processing agreements.
- Our group companies, including VinuShot Filling Co. Spain, S.L. and VinuShot LLC, where necessary to operate the business.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
- Authorities or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- A purchaser or investor, in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
International Transfers
We are established in the United States and operate a subsidiary in Spain. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@vinushot.com. We will respond within one month. This may be extended by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if that happens. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Right to complain. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es. In the United Kingdom it is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), www.ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
United States Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children
This website is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction, and in no case from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@vinushot.com and we will delete it.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the Last Updated date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice, for example by email or a prominent notice on this website, before the changes take effect.
